In 1986 we opened our butcher shop as a traditional family business. Since 1996 we have specialized in processing venison meat.
A special mixture of creativity, assiduity, zest for life, nature and attachment to our region - that's how friends explain our family.
Our venison specialities reflect the unspoiled nature of the Ybbstal and its richness of game - according to the motto "A piece of nature from Austria".
